Well......there’s plenty of catching up to do.

2025 was a fucking trip. Mal and I concluded that shambling around in Toronto’s decrepit, sweat-infused dive bars wasn’t really our speed. The regulars in these so-called “alternative” spaces were a part of our generation, people we grew up with. In the 25 years of our absence, it’s clear to us that most of them have soured into the same people they used to complain about.

We exhausted our list of old hangout spots. Mal made the decision to search online for events happening around us that we may not have heard about otherwise. This resulted in us discovering the Hamilton Art Crawl.

Art Crawl is so unique in its practices; anyone can participate. Vendors set up outside, on the street (they halt vehicular traffic on James St to make room for the foot traffic), selling whatever the fuck they want. The prominent alternative scene in Hamilton is always present at this event, which made it an ideal vending choice for us. So, we packed up our rudimentary inventory and began selling it. We had no idea what we were doing, but you supported us anyways.

We’ve vended at every Art Crawl since then.

The 2026 Art Crawl season begins on April 10th, and we’ve been exercising our putrefied minds to ensure that this year is twice as monstrous. We’re totally stoked to see all you freaks there <3

Selling our items online was a facet of our business that we were embarking on as well. Mal set up a “shop” section on the filth site, where we uploaded all our various wares. We immediately began receiving orders and packaging them in the most horrifying bubble mailers and boxes. If you order from us, expect something deliciously dreadful to appear on your doorstep.

2025 had many pleasant experiences that truly warmed our hearts, which is a difficult task when your circulatory system hasn't functioned in 25 years. In 2026, we plan on bringing you more grime, decay, sleaze, and most importantly, filth. Thanks for sticking around, catch you in the next journal.
